Refund Policy
Our refund policy covers defects in manufacturing and any damage incurred during shipment. Please inspect your order carefully after taking delivery. Our refund policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. If 45 days have passed since the date of purchase we cannot offer a refund. For an item to be eligible for a refund it must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
To initiate a refund request
- Submit your proof of purchase to hello@budbeegrinders.com with subject line "Refund Request"
- Wait for email confirmation that your refund request is valid then ship eligible items back to Bud Bee Grinders
- Once your returns are received, inspected, and accepted you will be credited for your returned product, excluding shipping costs.
Items sent back to Bud Bee Grinders without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
The Bud Bee Bond
At Bud Bee Grinders we are committed to making sustainable products that can last a lifetime. The Bud Bee Bond is a lifetime guarantee for the functional performance of Bud Bee grinders under the original purchasing customer. If a tooth ever breaks, a magnet becomes loose, or any other mechanical defect prevents your grinder from working as intended we will work with you to make it right.
We love making Bud Bees for you, and we hope you love them too.
Disclaimer
Our Refund Policy and The Bud Bee Bond do not cover the following damages;
- Accidental damage from misuse or impacts
- Superficial scratches or chipping of anodized surfaces
- Superficial marking from improper cleaning
- Loose magnets, or loss of magnetism due to high heat exposure (>70 Celsius)
- Normal bearing wear
Bud Bee Grinders reserves the right to approve or reject any claims.
Cancellations
Please contact us at hello@budbeegrinders.com if you would like to cancel an order. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been delivered to or picked up by the shipping carrier. In this case you will need to follow through with the return process listed above. Cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% fee (unless used for an exchange)
